As a founding member of IAnet, John Donley brings over 25 years of experience in the collision repair and insurance industry to IAnet’s leadership. John is a past President for IADA (Independent Automotive Damage Appraisers Association) and a member of the Auto Physical Damage Advisory Council and the ADP Technical Review Committee. John is ASE Certified and has participated in the technical review process for the ASE B-6 Appraisal Certification test. John has also owned and operated an independent appraisal company in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Prior to owning his own company, John worked as an auto damage appraiser for an independent appraisal company. He began his career as a Body Shop Manager. John is proud of the success of IAnet and the service we provide the insurance industry. By managing the process between insurance adjusters and appraisers, IAnet is able to assist our clients with decreased cycle time, reduced severity and increased customer satisfaction and retention.

Customer Service Manager

Amanda heads the customer service division of IAnet ensuring each damage claim is handled in an efficient and timely manner. A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, she brings dependable, professional qualities to the industry and is committed to meeting the needs of both clients and service providers. With extensive experience in both the food and beverage sector and high fashion retail, Amanda knows how important it is to maintain strong relationships with customers. She has been involved and participated in Order of Omega, Public Relations Student Society of America, and served on her sorority’s counsel board as Vice President of Chapter Development. Amanda looks forward to helping you with any customer service needs.

Very few in the auto claims industry have the in-depth background that Mark brings to the IAnet team. In addition to his 10 years of experience in claims, Mark is also the former owner of two body shops and a custom vehicle builder of such skill that he has been featured in several magazines as well as being featured on the Discovery Channel’s Monster House. Mark started his vehicle knowledge early growing up in Iowa and helping out in his grandfather’s mechanical shop. He is an I-CAR Platinum individual and certified instructor serving on the board of the Arizona I-CAR committee for seven years. From finding difficult parts on older vehicles to understanding the most advanced repair techniques and helping clients make coverage decisions, Mark takes pride in his ability to bring 30 plus years of hands-on automotive repair experience to every claim.

Stacey brings more than 10 years progressive experience in the vehicle insurance claims industry to IAnet and its clients. She is a graduate of Arizona State University and also holds a General Lines Property and Casualty license (Florida). Because Stacey is dedicated to learning and understanding our client’s needs, she provides an exceptional level of service while constantly searching for ways to help our clients do better. Rick Morris  

Rick Morris

Industry Relations Advisor

Rick joins the IAnet team with over 30 years of experience in the collision repair and mechanical repair industries. Rick has owned a body and paint shop, restoration shop, mechanical shop, and graphics design shop. Some of his restorations have been featured in Hot Rod, Hot VW, VW Trends, and Street Rodding Magazines. Rick has instructed PPG paint shop, Sun Electronics and body shop management seminars. He has painted and helped construct experimental planes, custom motorcycles, street rods, vintage bicycles, observatory telescopes, and custom industrial equipment. Rick works as the head auditor at IAnet, working with Independent Appraisers daily to produce quality appraisal services for our clients.

 
Cori Watson

Account Implementation Specialist

Joining IAnet in February 2007, Cori quickly mastered the skills of each department in the company. From dispatch, to status, to upload and total loss, Cori has asserted herself to become the best at any task she handles. Before advancing into her current Account Implementation Specialist position, Cori demonstrated her attention to detail as a Total Loss Representative. Prior to attending Utah State University, Cori received early training in repair processes while working at a shop removing and installing radiators. Because of her enthusiasm for new challenges, she has assisted the I.T. department on a number of issues. Showing great aptitude for using and understanding technology, she advanced her career by assisting in developing elements of the state-of-the-edge claims processing technology we use at IAnet. Cori is a member of the Relief Society women’s organization and enjoys a competitive game of volleyball any chance she can get.

Vendor Service Coordinator

Coming to IAnet with a strong customer service background, Tiffanie’s personality and experience make her a terrific fit for the Vendor Service Department. With her superior creative and analytical skills, she is responsible for interviewing independent appraisal candidates, verifying qualifications, and acting as the principle liaison between IAnet and our valued vendors. Tiffanie's cheerful demeanor and excellent communication skills have strengthened our Network to well over 3,500 independent appraisers and adjusters. Tiffanie’s hard work and dedication help provide our clients with the best national network of professional appraisers and adjusters in the industry.

Customer Service Liaison

Danielle has been with IAnet for three years and has had experience in almost every department in the company. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her current position as Customer Service Liaison. Because she knows dispatch, status and processing of both repairable and total loss claims, Danielle helps keep our clients’ claims current and accurate. Even prior to IAnet, Danielle had several years of customer service experience in a variety of work environments. She is efficient and responsive in helping clients with questions and concerns. She loves being the “go-to” person for problem-solving and works hard to leave a lasting good impression of herself and IAnet with everyone she helps. Danielle has always been a great team player, a quality she began cultivating when she was the Captain of her high school basketball team.
