John is a past President for IADA (Independent Automotive Damage Appraisers Association) and a member of the Auto Physical Damage Advisory Council and the ADP Technical Review Committee. John is ASE Certified and has participated in the technical review process for the ASE B-6 Appraisal Certification test. John has also owned and operated an independent appraisal company in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Prior to owning his own company, John worked as an auto damage appraiser for an independent appraisal company. He began his career as a Body Shop Manager. John is proud of the success of IAnet and the service we provide the insurance industry. Rick MorrisIndustry Relations AdvisorRick joins the IAnet team with over 30 years of experience in the collision repair and mechanical repair industries. Rick has owned a body and paint shop, restoration shop, mechanical shop, and graphics design shop. Some of his restorations have been featured in Hot Rod, Hot VW, VW Trends, and Street Rodding Magazines. Rick has instructed PPG paint shop, Sun Electronics and body shop management seminars. He has painted and helped construct experimental planes, custom motorcycles, street rods, vintage bicycles, observatory telescopes, and custom industrial equipment. Rick works as the head auditor at IAnet, working with Independent Appraisers daily to produce quality appraisal services for our clients. |

Michael JonesSenior AuditorMichael brings over 20 years of experience in home and auto insurance to IAnet. In addition to writing estimates for the Small Business Administration Assistance division, he is also an experienced adjuster in homeowners and casualty lines. On top of that, Michael has extensive experience working in body shops. As a key member of IAnet’s AccuracyAuditTM team, Michael helps check 100% of claims that come into our office. His meticulous attention to detail uncovers problems before they arise, which cuts down on the severity of estimates and the need for time-consuming revisions and carrier audits. He also ensures that estimates are in compliance with company guidelines, parts usage opportunities are maximized, proper repair vs. replacement techniques are used, state disclaimers are used when available, summaries are filed and revisions are handled in a speedy but accurate manner. |

Cori MannAccount Implementation SpecialistJoining IAnet in February 2007, Cori quickly mastered the skills of each department in the company. From dispatch, to status, to upload and total loss, Cori has asserted herself to become the best at any task she handles. Before advancing into her current Account Implementation Specialist position, Cori demonstrated her attention to detail as a Total Loss Representative. Prior to attending Utah State University, Cori received early training in repair processes while working at a shop removing and installing radiators. Because of her enthusiasm for new challenges, she has assisted the I.T. department on a number of issues. Showing great aptitude for using and understanding technology, she advanced her career by assisting in developing elements of the state-of-the-edge claims processing technology we use at IAnet. Cori is a member of the Relief Society women’s organization and enjoys a competitive game of volleyball any chance she can get. |
