IAnet distinguishes
itself by having an internal audit team to ensure

where the claim is located, adjusters can send
assignments to IAnet and we will immediately
dispatch the claim to the appropriate, qualified
Appraiser in closest proximity to the claim
location. We then send a confirmation to your
office with the name and contact information of the
appraisal company.

Claims Tracking &Status Monitoring
Our Status Team
proactively tracks claims and requests status from
the handling appraiser and then communicates that
information to adjusters via whatever communication
process preferred. IAnet prides ourselves in
managing the middle of the appraisal process where
claims often fall short.
Systematic
Audits
To insure
compliance guidelines, IAnet proactively audits
incoming estimates through both electronic EMS
scrubs and manually auditing. The audit team has
over 80 years of collective estimating experience in
bringing a quality product to your company.
Uploading &
File Delivery
IAnet delivers
files through any carrier technology requested. Our
staff utilizes Scene, CCC Autoverse, Process Claims,
EAuto Claims, N’Site and ADP Claims Manager. Many of
our clients request emails, faxes and overnight
deliveries. Our Upload Department continually
uploads files throughout the day, evening and
weekend in an effort to improve file cycle time and
severity.
