John Donley
President and Chief Executive Officer
As a founding member of IAnet, John
Donley brings over 23 years of
experience in the auto physical damage
industry to IAnet’s leadership. John is
a past President for IADA (Independent
Automotive Damage Appraisers
Association) and a member of the Auto
Physical Damage Advisory Council and the
ADP Technical Review Committee. John is
ASE Certified and has participated in
the technical review process for the ASE
B-6 Appraisal Certification test. John
has also owned and operated an
independent appraisal company in the
Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Prior
to owning his own company, John worked
as a field appraiser for an independent
appraisal company. He began his career
as a Body Shop Manager. John is proud of
the success of IAnet and the service we
provide the insurance industry. By
“managing” the process between adjusters
and appraisers, IAnet is able to assist
our clients by decreasing cycle time,
reducing severity and increasing
customer satisfaction and retention.
Jason Fogel
Operations Manager
Jason brings over 13 years of experience
in the collision repair and insurance
industries to IAnet. He spent three
years as a Team Leader and Material
Damage Claims Adjuster for the
California State Auto Association. He
was an outside Claims Adjuster for
Progressive Insurance, worked as an
Independent Appraiser for Crawford and
owned his own IA company. Jason is
trained on Mitchell, CCC and CompEst and
ADP estimating systems. He also worked
in law enforcement for 16 years and has
extensive training in both accident and
criminal investigations. Jason works
directly with existing IAnet Independent
Appraisers and continually tracks
appraiser performance and location
needs. He manages the daily operations
at IAnet and monitors cycle time and
client satisfaction from initial
appraiser assignment through final
assignment upload to the client.
Alicia Forte
Marketing
Manager
As a
college graduate of Salve Regina
University, located in Newport, Rhode
Island Alicia brings an upbeat and
aggressive attitude to IAnet. She has a
Bachelors Degree in Management with a
concentration in Marketing. The
industry is new to Alicia; however she
is continually learning and has an
extensive educational background in
Marketing, Management and Customer
Service. She was a semi finalist with
the Direct Marketing Association,
competing nationally with college
students on a new marketing plan for ING
Direct. She has also done promotions
with Crescent Crown Distributing in the
Rhode Island area. Alicia is committed
in organizing a successful and excellent
Client Services Department, ensuring
IAnet operates to its fullest.
Rick Morris
Audit Manager
Rick
joins the IAnet team with over 30 years
of experience in the collision repair
and mechanical industries. Rick has
owned a body and paint shop, restoration
shop, mechanical shop, and graphics
design shop. Some of his restorations
have been featured in Hot Rod, Hot VW,
VW Trends, and Street Rodding
Magazine’s. Rick has instructed PPG
paint shop, Sun Electronics and body
shop management seminars. He has
painted and helped construct
experimental planes, custom motorcycles,
street rods, vintage bicycles,
observatory telescopes, and custom
industrial equipment. Rick works as the
head auditor at IAnet, working with IA’s
daily to produce quality estimation for
our clients.
Amanda Alden
Customer Service Manager
Amanda heads the customer service
division of IAnet ensuring each claim is
handled in an efficient and timely
manner. A graduate of Northern Arizona
University with a bachelor’s degree in
journalism, she brings dependable,
professional qualities to the industry
and is committed to meeting the needs of
both clients and service providers. With
extensive experience in both the food
and beverage sector and high fashion
retail, Amanda knows how important it is
to maintain strong relationships with
customers. She has been involved and
participated in Order of Omega, Public
Relations Student Society of America,
and served on her sorority’s counsel
board as Vice President of Chapter
Development. Amanda looks forward to
helping you with any customer service
needs.

Robert Blake

Information Systems Consultant &
Developer
As the CTO of Scene Genesis, Robert was
the technical visionary behind the
creation of the SceneAccess.Net Claims
Management Solution. While at Scene
Genesis, Robert designed the enterprise
infrastructure that comprised an East
Coast and West Coast datacenter, with
over 30 servers and multiple T1 and DS3
connections. Robert has extensive
technical and specialized training in
Data Center Design, Set-up, Disaster
Recovery Planning and Management;
Programming Languages ASP, ASP.Net, SQL,
VB, JAVASCRIPT, VB.NET, T-SQL, Large
Database Management SQL 2000 and Project
Management Software. In his role as an
independent Consultant and Developer,
Robert utilizes business-driven
objectives and technology combined with
management experience, to assist
businesses in creating realistic
solutions designed to increase revenue
in a web-based environment. Robert is a
Consultant/Developer for IAnet.
